Picture this, you’ve just bought a new bike and you’re cruising down the street enjoying the breeze and the sun. All of a sudden, you hear a POP… you come to realise that your tube is busted. You don’t have a spare, and Google Maps tells you the closest bike shop is 15 kilometres away. At BIB, our vision is to bring affordable, safe cycling options directly to our customers.
We realised, in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it’s difficult to prepare for all possible circumstances. Sometimes, we need products (such as bells, lights, helmets, spokes and tubes) right away, and we don’t have time to get to the store or install them ourselves. Sometimes we may hit a snag in the road, get a flat, and feel stranded. We attempt to solve those problems by offering roadside assistance, bike product delivery, tune-ups and installation options. Delivery and Roadside Assistance Conditions:
In order to be eligible for our delivery services, we require a minimum purchase of 10 dollars worth of bike products and accessories.
Our delivery and roadside assistance options have some costs and restrictions that are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please call us and outline your location for details.
As for installation costs, we generally charge based on the amount of time it takes us to complete the installation. Our bike mechanic fees are 20 dollars per hour (with a minimum fee of 5 dollars). Please contact us to set up an appointment.
